Everything Ballroom (EB) was founded by Irene Wong, a Pro-am competitive dancer and the founder of the “Dancewear Works” brand in 2007. Irene is determined to dismantle the barriers in the dancewear industry. Our mission is to redefine the industry of ballroom dancing by providing a diverse collection of dress designs that accommodate all body types and sizes, ensuring that every dancer, regardless of shape or budget, is empowered to “Dance Beyond Boundaries.”

Besides our ready-made diverse collection of dress designs, we also specialize in custom designs to flatter features for all body types as we want our clients to be cloaked not just in a dress, but cloaked in confidence to “Dance Beyond Boundaries.” Our custom design process is collaborative with both our team and our clients to produce costumes fostering a joint pride of ownership from the initial conversation to wearing the costumes for years to come.
